In accordance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, which transposes in Italy the Directive (EU) 2019/1937 concerning the “protection of persons who report violations of Union law and containing provisions concerning the protection of persons who report violations of national regulatory provisions” (so-called whistleblowing), The Faravelli Group has adopted a Procedure for Reporting Violations (LINK TO THE PROCEDURE), which contains all the indications relating to the ways in which Faravelli allows you to report - in a way confidential and without fear of retaliation - cases of (alleged) illegal behavior and/or violations of the Faravelli Group's policies, which you have become aware of in the context of your work context within the Faravelli Group or in relation to the latter.

The Procedure for Reporting Violations also indicates all the links and contacts useful for making reports, which can be forwarded through various channels:

1. through a dedicated reporting platform, accessible to LINK (https://whistleblowersoftware.com/secure/Faravelli), managed by an independent third-party provider, which provides whistleblowers with: 
 a) a voice messaging system (dedicated toll-free number) or even 
 b) a web page, for written reports

2. in writing, by post (following the instructions contained in the Procedure and using, if necessary, the Form that can be downloaded at the followingform 1 -mandatoryform 2 - optional)

3. orally, through a direct meeting with the Report Manager

Reports may be made, depending on the channel chosen, by revealing your identity or by remaining anonymous. If you choose to reveal your identity, The Faravelli Group processes personal data in the manner described in the Privacy Policy available at this LINK.
The reporting channels provided by the Faravelli Group guarantee the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower and of the other people involved in the report, as well as the content of the report and the related documentation.
The Faravelli Group also guarantees the absence of retaliation against those who report in good faith.
